God can Heal a Broken Heart but He has to have all the Pieces.

Isaiah 40:31 but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength, they will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

ENCOURAGING WORDS

Quotes to uplift the hurting…
Do not stand at my grave and weep"
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
... I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die.

One Door
Closes..Another Opens
Revelations 3:8
When God leads you to the edge of the
cliff, trust Him fully and let go, only 1 of 2
things will happen, either He'll catch you when
you fall, or He'll teach you how to fly! 'The
power of one sentence! God is going to shift
things around for you today and let things work
in your favor If you believe, send it. If you
don't believe, delete it. God closes doors no
man can open & God opens doors no man can
close..
When you reach the end of your rope
you will find the hem of his garment

I would rather live
my life as if there is a God,
And die to find out
there isn't, than live my life
As if there isn't,
and die to find out there is.

  1. Heather, I come to your blog often. I find the poems and encouraging words hopeful. My son and his fiance were killed in a fire on April 23, 2011. i am sorry about your brother and all that your family went through. Like you, I'm trying to find 'my way'...it is hard. I just wanted to let you know that your blog still brings me encouragement. Blessing to you.
